REMOTE VISUAL INSPECTION

Inspection of assets can be very costly, high-risk and time-intensive. Drone technology is extremely cost-effective compared to traditional methods – rope access or scaffolding. Drones can reduce these costs by using them for initial inspections, saving £1000’s.

Reducing or eliminating risk “as low as reasonably practicable” is key to every health and safety system. Hazardous environment and inaccessible location inspection is an occupational hazard. Using a drone for the inspection will no longer put your employees in harm’s way and increase workplace safety.

Our confined space inspection service, performed using our Flyability Elios 2 drone. A collision tolerant drone with thermal and 4k RGB camera and integrated illumination. Your valuable data is captured from a safe area and is transformed into a sparse 3D model allowing for pinpoint anomalies detection.

IMPROVED EFFICIENCY

Production downtime is significantly reduced. The drone can access areas that may have been previously inaccessible or areas of the asset that previously would need to be shut down – all whilst reviewing a live feed from the drone and recording measurable data.  Inspectors can be on-site or review the data from another location.
